Return Policy

If you believe that a map you received from Summit was damaged during shipping (for example the shipping box arrives crushed or torn), please contact Summit immediately and describe the situation (email customerservice@summitmaps.com or call 304-274-0978). We will work with you to get a replacement map sent as soon as possible.Summit Terragraphics takes great pride in manufacturing raised-relief maps with very high workmanship and quality materials. If, however, you find that the workmanship or material does not meet your expectations, we will accept a return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (including outbound shipping). To receive a return credit during this period, the customer must first contact Summit via email (customerservice@summitmaps.com) or telephone (304-274-0978) and obtain a return authorization number. The customer must pay for the return shipping to the factory.
