Shipping & Return Policy

Maps going to the mainland 48 states are normally shipped via FedEx Ground (we can't ship to a PO Box). Maps going to AK or HI are normally shipped via US Mail (we can ship to a PO Box). Contact Summit (sales@summitmaps.com) for shipments outside the US.

Summit Terragraphics normally fulfills and ships unframed map orders within 3 business days and framed map orders within 7 business days. If the order shipment is delayed beyond this period, Summit will contact you concerning the delay.

Your map will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve and packaged in a sturdy cardboard box. If any map arrives damaged from the shipment, see our return policy.

Return Policy: If your map arrives damaged or flawed please contact Summit immediately at customerservice@summitmaps.com and describe the problem. Please take a digital photo and send it with the email if possible. We will work with you to get another map to you as soon as possible. If the map arrives safely and has no flaw or problem, but you wish to return it anyway, please contact customerservice@summitmaps.com or call 304-274-0978 and we'll issue a return authorization number. Repack the map in the original shipping box and return ship it to Summit Terragraphics, 2508 Whitings Neck Road, Martinsburg WV 25404. When the map safely arrives here undamaged, we'll refund you for the price of the original product.
